We are seeking highly motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Pool Technicians in our local Plantation community. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repair. This position offers an opportunity to work with hand tools, power tools, and various pool maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service swimming pools in accordance with company standards and procedures
Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing
Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment for proper functioning
Repair and maintain pool equipment including but not limited to pool pumps, filters, and heaters.
Identify and resolve issues related to pool cleanliness and water chemistry and quality
Repair, resurface, and/or renovate customer pools
Perform regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications

Previous experience as a pool technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
